Group FacilitationEach facilitation is a process collaboratively crafted to be open, transparent, and inclusive. The CDRC facilitator works to honor the voluntary nature of participation, the confidential nature of the process, and the complexity of situations that are best addressed collaboratively.
Examples of Group Facilitation Include:
|
“The CDRC representative helped facilitate our large meetings, ensuring all voices were heard while creating an environment that diffused tension and encouraged positive discussion and problem-solving.”
- Ithaca Sports Team Member “We were getting nowhere fighting it out with Management. CDRC showed us how to talk it out instead and we found a resolution we could all live with.”
