Group Facilitation

Each facilitation is a process collaboratively crafted to be open, transparent, and inclusive.  The CDRC facilitator works to honor the voluntary nature of participation, the confidential nature of the process, and the complexity of situations that are best addressed collaboratively.

 Examples of Group Facilitation Include:
  • Meet the Candidates Pre-Election Forum
  • Local Sports Team Planning Session
  • Agency Staff Retreat discussing difficult interpersonal dynamics
  • Contentious Non-Profit Board Meetings
  • Family discussion about estate planning
  • Nursing Team discussing scheduling, seniority, and communication
  • School Board – Parent Meetings
  • Town Hall Meeting about the “registered sex offender” policy

“We were getting nowhere fighting it out with Management. CDRC showed us how to talk it out instead and we found a resolution we could all live with.”
