MEDIATION

Mediation helps with any conversation you want to have. Some people come to mediation before there is a conflict, in order to talk things through. Others turn to mediation to have what they know will be a difficult conversation. Many come after a conflict has developed to air feelings, consider options and make agreements. Mediation helps before court action has been taken or even after papers have been filed with a court.

Most often mediation results in agreements. But it does much more. Mediation offers you the chance to get a better sense of the situation you face, consider the point of view of others involved, and figure out next steps, with or without reaching an agreement.

Whatever difficult situation you face, contact CDRC to find out how we can help.
